Become an office chair distributor
We manufacture our own chairs in Casablanca and we are looking for distributors in markets we do not yet serve. What we bring is a factory, not a catalogue: our own moulds, our own upholstery, our own assembly, and a reorder in one week.
Four things a reseller cannot offer you
Most of the suppliers competing with you for the same order do not make anything. That is the whole argument you will be selling, and it has to be true before it is useful.
A reorder in one week
A reorder of a model we have already run for you takes one week, because the setup is done. The same replenishment from East Asia sits on the water for weeks. That difference decides how much stock you have to hold, which decides your working capital.
Answers on specification
A question about a mechanism, a foam density or a test report reaches the people who built the chair. You will be bidding against resellers who have to ask a factory they do not control, in a time zone they do not share.
Duty-free into the EU and the UK
A EUR.1 certificate is issued with every shipment. Moroccan industrial goods enter the European Union free of customs duty, and the United Kingdom likewise under the UK–Morocco agreement. Tariff heading 9401.30.
Your own label
Fabric, colour, mechanism, armrests and private labelling are decided on the production run. You can sell the chair under your own name, which a reseller can never let you do.
What a first order looks like
These are the published figures. They apply to a distributor exactly as they apply to any other buyer, because they come from the production line rather than from a negotiation.
| Model | Type | Minimum order | 40ft HC | First order of 100 | Reorder |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Challenger 175 | Operator chair, Aero 3D mesh | 100 | 360 | 15 days | 1 week |
| Exclusive 500 | Executive chair, leather | 20 | 200 | 30 days | 1 week |
Incoterms EXW or FOB Casablanca. Volume discounts apply above the minimums. Exclusive G, BY 1, BY G and Caddy 80 are available too — ask for their own minimum and loading figures.
What we will and will not promise
We would rather be precise here than generous. A partnership that starts on a vague promise ends on a specific disappointment.
Exclusivity is negotiated, not advertised
Territorial exclusivity is discussed case by case and written into the agreement, against a volume and a market plan. We will not announce it as a standing offer, because its value depends entirely on what it commits both sides to.
We do not compete with you locally
Where we have a distributor, enquiries from that market go to the distributor. Our own direct shipments are the container-scale orders we handle from the factory, EXW or FOB Casablanca.
Already shipped to
Challenger: France, Spain, Benin, United States. Exclusive: Germany, Poland, Spain, Mexico. Corporate deliveries to Spain, France, the United Kingdom and Benin. These are facts, not a claim of coverage: most markets are open.
Three questions, and they are the whole application
Which market
The country or region you cover, and who you already sell to — dealers, corporate buyers, public procurement. A distributor who knows one segment deeply is worth more to us than one who claims a continent.
Which volume
A realistic first order and a realistic twelve-month view. We would rather start at one container and grow than agree a figure neither of us believes.
What you need from us
Certification documents for a tender, a sample before committing, specification sheets, photography, a factory visit. Tell us and we will assemble it. We would rather prepare one set of documents properly than send a brochure.
The distributor programme, in practice
Is there an annual volume commitment?
Not as a standing rule. A commitment only appears where exclusivity does: if you want a protected territory, there has to be a volume on the other side of it. Without exclusivity there is no commitment, and you buy at the published terms.
Can we sell the chairs under our own brand?
Yes. Private labelling is available, and fabric, colour, mechanism and armrests are decided on the production run. All of it has to be settled before production starts, not after.
What is the smallest realistic first order?
One container, or 100 units of the Challenger. Below that the freight cost per chair rises to the point where the price stops being competitive in your market, which serves neither of us.
Can we get a sample before a first order?
Yes, and we recommend it. A sample lets you check build quality, upholstery and assembly, and it lets you put a real chair in front of your own customer before you commit to a container.
Do you supply the documents we need for public tenders?
Yes. BIFMA 2011 and EN 1335-1-2-3:2016 certificates, technical sheets, the EUR.1 origin certificate and the commercial documents. Tell us which pieces your tender requires and we will put the set together.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes, and we prefer it. A distributor who has seen the plant sells it differently, because the argument stops being something we told them. Tell us when you can come and what you want to see or verify.
How fast can you answer an enquiry we forward?
The questions that decide a sale — specification, loading, lead time, certification — are answered from the factory, so within a working day. We do not have a factory to consult: we are the factory.
What happens after we apply?
We come back with prices for your volume, the container plan, the production lead time and the certification pack. If the terms do not fit your market, you will know quickly rather than after three exchanges.
Tell us about your market
The country, who you sell to and a realistic first order. That is enough for us to come back with prices, lead times and the certification pack.
